Records and their evidence are retained for at least two years. A correction adds a new entry; it does not erase the original. Fitness declarations record fitness status, not a diagnosis. Do not enter unnecessary medical details or photograph people.

Ask your business owner to arrange an access, export or deletion request with Awen Intelligence. Retention obligations must be reviewed before deletion.

This deployment must have its controller contact details, processor list, hosting region and final retention schedule configured before live staff data is collected.
