Can I earn credit by referring another business?
Our planned referral offer gives you £10 credit when a new business you refer makes its first full-price subscription payment. Up to six rewards per subscription year. See the referral offer. Referral rewards are not active in the demo.
What counts as a site?
One operating kitchen or premises with its own staff, equipment and records. Group pricing and shared oversight will be agreed separately.
Are there charges for extra staff?
No per-person subscription charge on Standard. All staff at the subscribed site can use the workspace.
Can I subscribe today?
Not yet. The public demo is open while live onboarding, billing and production verification are completed. No payment is taken through the demo.
Are sensors included?
No. Standard covers manually recorded checks. Plus hardware, connectivity, messaging and support will be quoted separately once the integration is ready.
Does Awen guarantee a food hygiene rating?
No. Awen helps organise records and evidence. Your business remains responsible for safe working practices, its food safety plan and verification of allergen information.
