How it will work

1. Share your personal referral link with another food business.
2. They sign up through your link and make their first full-price subscription payment.
3. You receive £10 credit towards your next monthly subscription bill.

The simple rules

• The referred business must be a new Awen customer. The £1 introductory payment alone does not earn a reward.
• One reward per referred business. Self-referrals and additional sites belonging to the same business do not qualify.
• A maximum of six £10 rewards per referring subscription year, starting on your subscription anniversary. Unused allowance does not roll over.
• Credit reduces subscription charges only. It cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred.
• If several rewards exceed your next bill, the remaining credit carries forward to later subscription bills. A bill cannot become negative.
• The referred payment must settle successfully. Refunded or disputed qualifying payments require a reward review.

A simple example

Your usual monthly bill is £39. One qualifying referral earns £10 credit, so your next full-price bill is £29. Six qualifying referrals earn £60 credit in total—not six free months.
